APM-100 bridge deck waterproof coating (polymer modified asphalt waterproof coating) is a kind of polymer composite material, using or producing petroleum asphalt or imported asphalt as the main raw material, with surfactants and a variety of chemical additives as auxiliary raw materials, and then mixed with a large amount of polymer for modification, the production of a new type of composite waterproof coating.

【Construction technology】

● Preparation of construction tools: Mixing barrels, spraying machinery or special bristle brushes should be prepared before construction.

2. Base requirements: the concrete strength of the bridge deck and beam reaches the design mark, and the surface shall not have loose slurry, peeling, hollowing and serious cracking. The surface flatness should meet the requirements of the bridge code, the elevation of the upper mouth of the vertical drainage pipe should be lower than the elevation of the base layer, and the drainage port must be installed firmly with the base layer, and there should be no loosening.

3. The waterproof base should be clean, dry and free of stagnant water.

4. Base treatment: the bridge deck shall not have dust, floating ash, impurities, oil stains, etc., and the surface treatment can be cleaned with air compressor, water purification, degreasing agent, etc. before paving the waterproof layer, if there is concrete, mortar and other hard debris, it should be polished off.

5. Waterproof layer construction steps: (take three coatings as an example) A) The barrel paint should be stirred evenly before painting.

B) Before painting a large area, use a small brush to paint twice on the leakage, strengthen the waterproof coating on the corner of the dark area three times, and then brush the paint on the ground with a large area.

C) After the first coat of paint is dry, the second coat of paint can be applied.

D) After the second coat of paint is dry, apply the third coat of paint.

Coating amount: 1.5KG/m2, coating film thickness is generally 0.5mm---0.7mm.
