【Product Features】

● 1. The combination with the base layer relies on ion adsorption rather than glue bonding, because the asphalt particles are displaced from each other in the process of dry and solid film formation, and the solid film is formed from the original flow, and becomes an overall waterproof layer after completion.

【Precautions】

● (1) before construction must be cleaned up on the concrete base, where the concrete roof is uneven must be leveled with 1:3 cement slurry, where the cracks must be leveled with caulking materials, the roof after leveling is required to be smooth, clean, no cracks, no stagnant water, with a certain strength, and the bottom is firmly combined.

(2) For the construction of the old roof, the roof must be cleaned or rinsed with water to achieve basically no dust to prevent the bonding strength from being affected.

(3) After construction, when bubbles are generated, the fiberglass cloth must be cut and exhausted, and then the paint must be applied to the shear brush, and then a layer of fiberglass cloth of the corresponding size should be pasted, and then the paint must be brushed.

(4) The coating film should not be too thick at one time, and it is advisable to evenly cover the glass fiber without flowing. Otherwise, the surface condensation film and the internal moisture will be evaporated by heat, which will cause the waterproof layer to blister and hollow. (Before construction, the paint must be stirred evenly)

(5) 12 hours before the rain and rainy days, freezing is not suitable for construction. If the coating film is dried and washed by heavy rain before the film is formed, it should be redone.
