【Construction technology】
● If the tire cloth needs to be reinforced, it is recommended to apply four coats of one cloth.
1. Base surface treatment: The base surface must be smooth, dry, free of stagnant water, clean and free of debris.
2. The coating film should be coated in parts, not at one time.
3. The previous coating should be dried and formed into a film before the second coating can be applied.
4. When laying the carcass reinforcement material, the roof slope < 15% can be laid parallel to the ridge, and the roof slope >15% should be laid vertically.
5. The lap width of the long side of the carcass should not be <50mm, and the lap width of the short side should not be <70mm.
6. When using two layers of carcass reinforcement materials, the upper and lower layers shall not be laid perpendicular to each other, and the lap joints shall be staggered, and the spacing shall not be less than 1/3 of the width.
7. The end of the waterproof layer of the gutter, gutter, cornice, flooding outlet and façade coating film should be painted many times or sealed with sealant.
