【Construction technology】

1. Base surface treatment: the surface of the substrate should be smooth and strong, no honeycomb, hemp surface, no dust and oil stains, and the yin and yang corners should be made into arcs; Alignment of the foundation before construction

Layer defects should be repaired.

2. Paint application:

(1) Ingredients, stir evenly according to the ratio of HBW emulsion:cement =1:1.

(2) According to the thickness required by the engineering design, it can be painted 2-3 times.

(3) Brushing, roller coating or scraping can be used during construction. Every time you apply it, you should apply it again after the coating is dry (about 1-2h).               3. Reinforcement treatment: If the waterproof layer needs to be enhanced, non-woven fabric or alkali-free glass fiber cloth can be used as the carcass for reinforcement.

4. Dosage: 0.6~0.8kg/㎡

【Precautions】

1. HBW emulsion should be stirred well before use.

2. The cement is P.042.5 grade and above ordinary Portland cement.

3. The construction temperature should be 5 °C ~ 40 °C, and the rainy day river is below 0 °C.

储运与包装

注意事项

1.HBW乳液在使用前应搅拌均匀。
2.水泥为P.042.5级及以上普通硅酸盐水泥。
3.施工温度应在5℃~40℃，雨天河0℃以下不宜施工。
