【Construction technology】

1. Clean the gaps in the tiles, chisel the grooves, and expose the tile edges on both sides of the grooves;

2. Clean the dust inside the tile gap and sweep it with a vacuum cleaner or broom;

3. After the preparation is done, you can open the sewing agent, first use a small awl to tie the mouth of the sewing agent, and then install it on the glue gun and play along the brick joint;

4. For novices, you can hit 20cm-50cm first; After gradually becoming proficient, you can play longer lengths;

5. Press the beautiful sewing agent;

6. After drying, at least six hours (depending on the temperature), then use a shovel to remove the residual beauty agent on the tiles on both sides of the tile gap.

【Precautions】

1. Before construction, the amount of glue about 40cm long should be beaten out to prevent the uneven mixing of the rubber at the front end.

2. In the construction process, if the interruption exceeds the usable time (about 20 minutes) when the glue is not continuously applied for more than 15 minutes, the colloid in the mixing pipe can be stored together with the gradually cured mixing pipe, and left for the next use, and then replaced with a new mixing pipe to continue to use.

3. After construction, we must wait until the surface of the sewing agent is slightly dry before removing the spillage.

4. If the temperature is lower than 15 °C, the viscosity is high and it is not easy to use a glue gun, at this time, the product can be soaked in hot water (60-80 °C) for 10-20 minutes or evenly blown with an electric hair dryer for more than 10 minutes.
